We experimentally observe real-time quantized false-vacuum bubble nucleation and interactions using a 5,564-qubit superconducting quantum annealer, demonstrating coherent, dissipative-robust scaling laws that enable large-scale investigation of non-perturbative false-vacuum dynamics.

We show that electronic domain reconfiguration in a quantum material crosses from thermal to noise-driven quantum dynamics and can be quantitatively reproduced by a superconducting quantum annealer with microscopically matched interactions and spectrally similar pink noise.

We introduce a novel error correcting approach for quantum annealers that uses machine learning to adjust the input Hamiltonian so as to maximize the probability of finding the solution. In our experiments, the method improves the performance of annealing by up to three orders of magnitude.

Microwave spectroscopy of a hybrid superconductor-semiconductor transmon device is used to probe the ground-state parity of the Josephson junction quantum dot, in agreement with predictions of a single-impurity Anderson model with superconducting leads. Quasiparticle dynamics can be resolved accross the parity phase boundaries.
